About Heath
Guided by Values, Building with Purpose, Crafting Your Success
With over 20 years in financial services, Heath has been transforming advisory firms for decades. He's consulted 40+ firms, led over 400 professionals, and advised 600+ clients, leveraging a deep expertise in operations, leadership development, and strategic coaching. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ for two decades, a Registered Corporate Coach™, and a Certified Project Manager™, he delivers impactful results and empower sustainable growth.
Residing in San Antonio, TX, with his family of five (known as the Jackson 5), Heath launched TruGrowth Consulting in 2023. This venture began as he and his wife started navigating the bittersweet journey toward an emptier nest. With their eldest son at the University of Arkansas and their daughter set for the University of Virginia this summer, they are embracing this new chapter, while their youngest son is just two years from his own graduation.
