Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 4, 2026
This page explains what personal information TruGrowth Consulting (TGC) collects when you visit www.trugrowth.consulting, chat with us, fill out a form, or book a call, and what we do with it. We wrote it in plain English. If something here is unclear, ask us. Our contact details are at the bottom.
1. Who we are
TruGrowth Consulting (TGC) is a consulting firm that works with financial advisors and RIAs. We are based in the Texas Hill Country, at:
Das GreenHaus, 7 Upper Balcones Rd, Boerne, TX 78006
When this page says "we," "us," or "TGC," it means TruGrowth Consulting.
2. What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us, plus some basic technical details your browser shares with every website. Here is each place it happens.
Forms on our site. When you fill out a form, we collect what the form asks for. Depending on the form, that can be your first and last name, email address, firm name, role, phone number, and your answers to questions. Forms run on Zoho Forms and are saved in our Zoho records.
- The Enterprise Value Readiness Assessment asks for your first name, last name, professional email, company name, and your answers to its statements. Your score is worked out in your browser from your answers.
- Our Intent-Based Leads order form asks for your name, email, phone number, and details about the leads you want to order.
Newsletter sign-up. Our TruLearning newsletter box asks for your first name, last name, and email address. When you click Subscribe, we add you to our newsletter list in Zoho and send you our notes by email.
Quizzes that stay in your browser. The Luxury Watch Identity quiz, the Infinite Practice Health Assessment, and the AI Gate Check do their scoring in your browser. They are not sent to us. The watch quiz remembers your answers in your browser's local storage so you can come back, and you can clear them with the Reset button or by clearing your browser data.
Booking a call. When you book a meeting, the booking page (Zoho Bookings, at bookings.trugrowth.consulting) collects the details it asks for, such as your name, email, and the time you pick. We use them to hold the time, send confirmations and reminders, and prepare for the call.
Chat. Our website has a chat box run by Zoho SalesIQ. If you type in it, we receive your messages. When no one is available, the chat asks for your name, email address, and your question so we can reply by email. Chat transcripts and the details you give are saved in our Zoho records and can create a contact record for you. While the chat is loaded, it can show us which pages you view and your approximate location. When no one is available, an alert email goes to our staff so someone can follow up.
Email. If you email us, we keep the message and your email address. If you agree to hear from us (see section 4), we also keep a record of your consent.
Member sign-in. If you create or use a member account on the TGC Vault (vault.trugrowth.consulting), we collect the details needed to run the account, such as your name, email, and sign-in information, through Zoho.
Cookies and analytics. Every page on our site loads these tools:
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (Google). They count visits and show which pages people use. They set cookies, and your browser sends Google details such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view.
- Zoho PageSense (Zoho). It measures how visitors use pages, such as clicks, scrolling, and page tests. It sets cookies.
- Zoho Marketing Automation (Zoho). It helps us measure marketing activity and recognize return visits. It sets cookies.
- Zoho SalesIQ (Zoho). The chat box described above. It sets cookies.
- Some pages also show embedded YouTube videos, which can set their own cookies when you play them.
We do not currently show a cookie banner. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking cookies may stop the chat or a form from working well.
Please do not send us client information. Do not put your clients' names, account numbers, or other private financial information into our forms, chat, or emails. We do not need it to talk with you.
3. How we use it
We use your information to:
- answer your questions and reply to chat messages, emails, and form submissions;
- schedule and run calls and meetings;
- process lead orders you place with us;
- send emails you agreed to receive (see section 4);
- understand how people use our site and improve it;
- keep our records, protect our site, and meet legal duties.
4. Email consent and unsubscribe
We send marketing emails only to people who ask for them, for example by signing up for our newsletter or ticking a consent box on a form. When a form offers emails, the consent box is a separate choice that is not ticked for you. We keep a record of what you agreed to, when, and which form you used.
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. Click it and we stop. You can also email us at the address below and ask to be removed. We may still send you messages that are not marketing, such as a reply to your question or a booking confirmation.
You can use any email address you like, including a personal one. We only use it for the purposes you agreed to.
5. Who we share it with
We share information with service providers who help us run the business, and only so they can do that work for us. The ones behind this site are:
- Zoho, for our website, forms, newsletter, chat, booking, customer records, email, file storage, and marketing tools;
- Google, for analytics and tag management.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety. If our business is ever sold or merged, your information could move to the new owner, and we would tell you if that changed how it is used.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the reasons above, and for as long as the law or our records require. When you ask us to delete something, we delete it unless we must keep it, and we tell you if we cannot.
7. Security
We use well-known, reputable services, such as Zoho and Google, to hold your information, and we limit who on our team can see it. No website or email is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute safety. If you think your information has been exposed, tell us right away.
8. Your choices
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your information;
- stop emailing you.
Email us at the address below. We may need to confirm who you are first, and we will reply within 30 days. You can also block cookies in your browser and clear chat or quiz data from your browser at any time.
9. Children
Our site and services are for businesses and working professionals. They are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this page. When we do, we change the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so on our site. Please check back from time to time.
